Our Team as of August 2024
All educators at Paramount International Preschool are qualified and certified, meeting the requirements set by the Ministry of Preschool Education of Uzbekistan. In addition, our teaching practices align with the XSEED Education framework, which emphasizes conceptual understanding, inquiry-based learning, and 21st-century skills. Our team consists of a balanced mix of local and international teachers, creating a rich and diverse learning environment. Upon confirmation of a teaching position at Paramount, educators receive access to professional development programs that support excellence in early childhood education and familiarity with the XSEED methodology. All staff participate in quarterly training sessions conducted by educational experts to ensure continuous learning, instructional improvement, and alignment with both national and international standards.

Talichila Imchen
Director of Operations
A Trainer, Entrepreneur and Consultant. Having entered the work force in 2000 in India, she has worked with over 20 corporate brands and trained close to 6000 professionals from Fortune 500 companies.
A DISC Certified Trainer from DISCCERT, USA with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Achi is also trained in Western Vocals with range as a Soprano and Alto.
At any given day, you will find her happily engrossed in developing strategies and innovating on growth for the school.

Munanungla Pongen
Lead Teacher in UKG
With a Master’s in English Language Education, Munangnula Pongen (Nula) commenced her tenure at Paramount in year 2024. Motivated by her experiences overcoming educational challenges, she is committed to fostering inclusive and supportive classrooms. Nula assists second-language learners by implementing tailored strategies that address language gaps and enhance confidence. She is dedicated to empowering all students to achieve their full potential within a nurturing and effective learning environment.

Swati Agarwal
Program Co-ordinator
Swati has worked with children across three continents and has been teaching at Paramount since its founding in 2020. Her wide exposure to different cultures makes her an ideal individual to create a learning environment that is sensitive and inclusive.

Khurshidakhon Kodirbekova
Assistant in Program Coordination
Media Team
Khurshida is a Graduate in Preschool Education from Bucheon Univeristy, Class of 2021. She has briefly worked with children using dance and music to teach vocabulary. Some of her writings have been published including her article on ‘the benefits of reading books to babies’.

Gulnara Xudaynazarova
Lead Teacher in Toddler Group
Art Teacher
Gulnara studied Design under the acclaimed Salahitdinov Kadirbek at Yunusobod Professional Design College and her specialization includes fabric, silk, watercolor, oil, wall, acrylic, ceramic, papier-mâché, sculpture to name a few.

Mariya Li

Operations Manager
​Mariya is a classically trained pianist and flutist, alumna of Uspensky Music School for Gifted Children and Tashkent Conservatorium of Music. With 16 years of international performing experience, she joined Paramount five years ago as a music teacher and now serves as Operations Manager. Her State Conservatory education and global artistic background bring creative excellence and international perspective to our preschool operations, ensuring the highest standards in early childhood education while fostering creativity and joy in learning.

Nargiza Mambetkarimova
Lead Teacher in LKG
Nargiza has a bachelors in English philology. She started her career at Paramount and is growing in experience and impacting the young lives.

Imsumanen
Music Teacher
Imsumanen, our Music Teacher, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts and a Diploma in Music Production. With two years of experience in teaching children in India, he has crafted an engaging curriculum that inspires young learners. His creative approach fosters a deep appreciation for music while encouraging students to explore their talents and develop their individual styles.
Inspired by his mother, he loves passing on knowledge to the next generation. Imsumanen is also a winner of the Best Acoustic Live Performance at Magnum Opus 2017 and has earned two gold medals for India at the World Choir Games 2023.

Alsu has 28 years of experience working with children ages 3–13 in different educational contexts.

Kunduz Mamadjonova
Assistant Teacher in Nursery
She has over 6 years of experience in teaching English and translation work. She joined Paramount in 2023

Sentimongla Jamir
Lead Teacher in Nursery
Sentimongla Jamir (Senti) holds a Bachelor's degree in English and began her career at Paramount Preschool in year 2024. As an Indian national, she chose a path in education driven by her passion for sharing knowledge, contributing to her community, and helping to shape young minds into kind, thoughtful, and responsible adults.

Irina Kamalyan
Child Psychologist
Irina has been working as a Psychologist at Preschools, Oil & Gas Sectors for the last 4 years. She has a Bachelor of English Philology at Uzbek State University of World Languages and has received Diplomas in Moscow and London as a Child Psychologist, Family Psychologist and Teacher Psychologist.

Uliana Slonova
Dance Teacher
She holds a degree from State Academy of Choreography, Uzbekistan. She has over 10 years of experience working with children in music and choreography.

Gilmanova Zulfiya Rafkatovna
Physical Education
Bachelors at Tashkent Government Institute of Physical Culture and Sports. She has 15 years of experience as a PE teacher

Elmira Kelmambetova
Speech Therapist
She is a graduate in speech therapy, family psychology and music. She has over 13 years of experience working with children and8 years in speech therapy.
