Our Story

As entrepreneurs and parents, we were settling down in Tashkent as a new family, and looking for an exclusive English language kindergarten for our children that offered a strong pedagogy, safe and happy environment, professional management and affordable pricing. International schools were expensive for our budget, and in our quest for preschools, we realized that there was a huge demand for preschool education in the country. We followed our passion for this need and established Paramount International Preschool in June 2020 during the difficult time of Covid, starting with 9  children- 5 being children of Paramount staff. And thus that year, our first winter concert was named “Hope Winter Concert” during a time of great distress and global uncertainty. 
Later, when we witnessed the result of our first joyful preschool graduates, we were inspired to nurture them further. Powered by a great team, and with the encouragement, sacrifices and support of our dedicated parents and young learners, we started with Paramount International School in June 2023. 
In the summer of 2024, our dream came true by signing the contract with XSEED Singapore as our program partner with the belief that our students can succeed by acquiring 21st century skills. Paramount Schools are owned and managed by Paramount Professional Business Consulting LLC.
